Painter for track signage (m/f/d)

Sport Signage is a global company in the event and sports branding industry. We are expanding our great team! We are seeking dedicated Painters for track signage (m/f/d) for our motorsport event operations worldwide.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a Painter, you will play an important role in our track signage projects around the world at various event locations. Your main tasks include:

• Application of wall and ground paintings on race tracks (see past projects on our Instagram: SportSignage)
• Select and mix paints according to requirements and specified color charts
• Stirring or thinning paints as needed
• Safe disposal of hazardous waste
• Collaborate with project managers to meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to paintings
• Follow industry-standard safety practices and operate all tools and equipment safely
• Assist with unloading, storage, cleaning, and maintenance of materials and tools
• Regular tasks at headquarters in Amberg, Germany, including preparation and follow-up work before and after races (e.g., loading materials)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter
• Ability to mix colors accurately
• Experience with spray machines or paint robots is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in an international team
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-volume, high-quality results
• Ability to perform quality checks on completed work
• General familiarity with safe operation of tools and equipment
• Willingness to shadow experienced painters to gain practical knowledge (e.g., spray machines, VR glasses)
• Inspect equipment and materials regularly
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for international projects
• Basic English skills required
