We are seeking dedicated Signage Installers (m/f/d) for our motorsport event operations worldwide. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who combine technical understanding with a hands-on approach.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a Signage Installer, you will play an important role in the assembly, installation and maintenance of signage systems at various event locations. Your main tasks include:

• Installation and setup of signage systems at event venues, ensuring correct positioning and secure mounting of all elements
• Execution of branding installations directly on the race track, including large-format banners on bridges and fences, panels and stickers on track barriers and guardrails under varying conditions
• Collaboration with project managers to meet technical and branding specifications
• Troubleshooting and resolving on-site installation issues
• Strict adherence to industry-standard safety practices and correct operation of tools and equipment according to safety requirements
• Assistance with unloading, storage, cleaning and maintenance of materials, tools and storage areas
• Regular tasks at our headquarters in Amberg, Germany, including preparation and follow-up work before and after race events (e.g. loading materials)

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of an international team
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-volume, high-quality results
• General knowledge of safe operation of power equipment
• Willingness to shadow experienced technicians to gain practical knowledge and skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for international projects
• Experience working at heights (signage installations) is an advantage
• Machinery licences and truck driving licence are an advantage
• Basic English skills are required
